Romney is the ONLY hope for the G.O.P.

McCain can't raise money.  He's trying to get a loan using his private donor list.

Huckabee can't raise money.  He raised $350,000 the day after winning Iowa.  That's pathetic.

Rudy is not paying top campaign staff.

Romney raised 5 million after coming in second in NH.

Ron Paul has raised a ton of money.

In politics, you have to follow the money.  This is a change election and yet the G.O.P. wants to remain the same.

If Romney was a baptist or evangelica, he would have the nomination locked up.  Huckabee used religion as a wedge issue in Iowa.

The media made McCain in NH and went after Romney.  They did it because they fear Romney.

The DNC has released more negative press releases against Romney than any other candidate.  The liberal media loves McCain and Huckabee.

The reason they fear Romney is because they plan to run on the economy and universal health care.  Romney can trump the democrats on both issues.

With the Clintons, it's always the economy stupid.

McCain doesn't have an economic bone in his body.

Huckabee is a populist who will never out liberal, liberals.

In a change election, the G.O.P. will be in trouble if they nominate a 72 year old Washington insider who can't raise money or the aww shucks, I'm just a goober from the south candidate like Huckabee.

This will show the world the G.O.P. is not ready for change and a 3rd party candidate will be more popular than the republican candidate.

Your running against a female and the democrats new african american Bobby Kennedy and your gonna nominate John McCain or Huckabee?  That's insanity.

John McCain = Bob Dole.  In a change election, your looking at a statewide loss for the G.O.P.

Mitt Romney's Free Market Pledge to America

Mitt Romney's Free Market Pledge to America

1. Free Markets are not the enemy of the middle class

2. Big Government is the problem

3. Washington is broken

4. Class warfare, is unfair to the middle class

AWESOME!!! AWESOME!!

We need a President that understands the free markets. We don't need a politician with another plan.

For years Washington has talked about universal health care, but Romney acheived it through the free markets.

Mitt's health care plan is AWESOME!!

Yes premiums will will be a little high at first but they are starting to come down as more people enter into the system. This is how free markets work. A big screen TV would have cost you 7 or 8,000 dollars when they first came out, now you can get one for a thousand bucks. Over 300,000 thousand people have entered the system.

This shrinks the government and the tax burden for the middle class.

Go Mitt!!

The Manifesto of a Young Black Conservative

This is my manifesto and I believe that the United States is in danger of collapse because of this behemoth of a government. There was a study recently released that said by 2030 75% of the federal budget will be entitlement programs. This is affecting the people who work a job because they will be the ones paying for this behemoth not business in a capitalist structure. The democrats offer you a free lunch but they don't tell you that you will be paying for that free lunch and the interest on the money they borrow to pay for that free lunch. I also think Bush did great with tax cuts but he didn't control spending. This has alot to do with the housing bust. People kept borrowing on their homes in order to pay off things they owe. This is because they keep less and less of their money in order to support the behemoth in Washington.

See in a capitalist structure business will get alot of breaks because they are the engines of the economy. They bring you things like i-phones, i-pods and the Fox News Channel. This is why we have a 12 trillion dollar plus economy. On the flip side of this you need a small limited government. With a 12 trillion dollar plus economy everyone should be living high off the hog. It's the government that's standing in the way. A business will make 1 million dollars and he or she will pay themselves 100,000 dollars. They will pay income taxes on the 100,000 dollars then invest the rest in their company or new ventures. This is how capitalism works. Say this business owner meets 2 guys with a business called You Tube and the business owner invest 500,000 dollars into the company and it makes him millions of dollars when it explodes. This is a hypothetical but I'm sure you get the picture.

The government then goes out and borrows money against future taxes collected from that million dollars to pay for the behemoth(big government). Who do you think makes up the difference? It's the worker and he or she is always complaining that they can't get ahead but it's because of big government. If you had a small limited government then you would be keeping more of your money and borrowing less. This behemoth has to be stopped. You now have democrats promising everything from universal health care to paying for everyones college. This is madness!!!

Here are some of my plans:

1. Healthcare - Mitt Romney has a healthcare plan that will work.

2. Immigration - We have to face reality. America has drastically changed since NAFTA. Labor is cheap and we are borrowing like crazy in order to stay afloat. That's because we import so much vs what we export but that allows us to have places like Walmart and Family Dollar. The way we fix this is securing the border first and then we start a guest worker program. We will give out a limited number of guest worker visas and companies who hire workers without a guest worker visa will be heavily fined and then prosecuted if they repeat the offense. I think we could have the workers who come here get paid an amount in dollars that's equivelent to their country of origin. So if 10 dollars an hour = 5 dollars in the country of origin then they will make 5.00 an hour. Say an immigrant makes 2 dollars an hour but he only pays 60 dollars a month for rent. That's 320 dollars a month - 60 = 260 dollars. He will have money to buy food and clothes from places like walmart and family dollar and he will have access to start a business or he can enter a program and become a real estate agent. If he starts a business then he's no lon ger subject to the guest worker limits. This will keep labor cost down and then we will be in a better position to compete in the global economy when it comes to exports. This will not infringe on American workers because there will be a limit to the amount of guest visas we will give out. Since the immigrants will be making somewhat less we need to build or convert new housing. These apartments will be nice and they will not be segregated. The builders will get some nice tax incentives plus they will collect the rent from each month for these apartments. The federal government also needs to fine sanctuary cities. These cities are a magnate for illegal immigration. The main problem with this is the big government. If the government wasn't so greedy the guest worker would not have to pay income tax just the 1 dollar into something like Health Care Basics. In 5 to 7 years they can come out of the guest worker program and begin paying into the system and hopefully social security would be privatized by then.

3. Privatization of Social Security - We need this desperately. If we could privatize our social security system then most americans will have an ownership stake in this global economy and more importantly government couldn't spend the money. This money will also be insurance against 401k plans that may get tied up because of acquisitions. This money can also be passed down to future genrations and that could help them pay for schooling or start a new business. We need this bad because Washington is out of control. Social security is a pyramid scheme. It needs workers at the bottom of the pyramid to support the benefits they have to pay out at the top of the pyramid. When the top of the pyramid widens like with the baby boomers then there is trouble. There's not enough workers to pay out benefits so they have to do one of three things. Raise your taxes, borrow you into oblivion or add new workers to the system and this is why people like Kennedy want amnesty. The social security fund is full of I.O.U.'s. These politicians spend your money and then borrow it or raise taxes to pay back the money that they spend. You then have to pay the interest on the money that they borrow and this is shameful. Privitization will mean Washington can't spend your money so they will be forced to cut back spending. This will attack the jugular of the behemoth (big government). I don't understand why some people don't get this. The system is about to crash and it has to change because it's a pyramid scheme.

4. Demolish the Department of Education - This is truly a waist. We need to allow the private sector to run our schools. This way you take politics out of the school system. Kids today go to school to get indoctrinated with all these social programs instead of going to school to be a kid and learn. We need vouchers and we also need to continue to make an investment in our kids but we don't need federal government involvement. They can do very limited oversight and that's it. Let the parents, states and private sector run our schools not the folks in Washington. They are more worried about injecting politics into our schools instead of allowing our childrn to learn and be individuals. This is the it takes a village mentality. Socialism is fine if parents want to get together in a community and put their resources together to help kids in the neighborhod go to college. That's fine but when the federal government tries socialism it's a disaster in a capitalistic structue.

Huckabee's Laundry List of Liberalism

Huckabee increased spending by $4.61 billion. That is an increase of 65.3%, or 7.4% annually. This is three times the rate of inflation. The rate far exceeded the growth of personal income and economic growth in the state.

Huckabee's spending outpaced revenues by 1.4 billion and he supported sales taxes, gas taxes, grocery taxes, even nursing home bed taxes and more.

Listen to what what the police report said about Wayne Dumond the rapist Huckabee wrote a letter to that he desired him to be set free:

WAYNE stated that he went upstairs to the bedroom, and that the woman was asleep when he went into the room. WAYNE stated that the woman woke up, and he held a knife on her while he committed the rape, and that the woman's baby was in the bed with her.

Now, Huckabee "desired" for this guy to be set free? I think this alone disqualifies him to be President. This guy got out and killed 2 women.

He increased spending from 6 to 16 billion.

He increased the tax burden in Arkansas to 47%.

He supports scholarships for illegal immigrants.

He speaks class warfare like John Edwards.

He gave out 1033 pardons and commutations including 12 murderers.

He talks about "reaching out" just like a liberal when it comes to foreign policy. What's more important Huckabee? Keeping America safe or pleasing the rest of the world.

He supported lifting the embargo on Cuba.

How can anyone who calls themselves a conservative support Huckabee?  This guy is a liberal to the core outside of social issues.

Romney, Bain and the Presidency

This post will be about Mitt Romney the businessman.  We need someone who understands the free markets in Washingtn and will curve the out of control spending.

This is in direct contrast to Huckabee who uses class warfare like John Edwards.  This is not conservative.

I will use this article from http://www.boston.com/news/politics/2008/specials/romney/articles/part3_main/ as a backdrop.  My commentary will be in all caps.

In time, Romney would lead the shaky start-up from a staff of seven people managing $37 million to 115 people managing $4 billion in assets. During Romney's 15-year tenure, Bain Capital would post an astonishing record, on average doubling its return on realized investments every year. Thomas H. Lee, founder of cross-town rival Thomas H. Lee Partners, calls the company's performance under Romney ''one of the great stories of American capital.''

JIM CRAMER CALLED MITT ROMNEY ONE OF THE BEST BUSINESS MEN IN NORTH AMERICA.

Their first job: raise the investment fund. Romney and a Bain Capital partner, Coleman Andrews, went on the road, using overhead projectors and Romney's mastery of details to woo investors. During one pitch, Andrews recalls, an investor asked if Romney would spend money on fancy offices and big expense accounts.

Andrews told him not to worry about Romney. ''He pops his own popcorn and takes it to the movies.''

Frugal with his own money, Romney insisted that Bain Capital be especially careful with other people's money.

The office was Spartan, furnished with gray metal desks. When partners traveled, they flew coach. Andrews recalls that the rule for meals on the road was: ''They should be nourishing, but not memorable.''

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED IN WASHINGTON. SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE CONCEPT OF OTHER PEOPLES MONEY.

By 1986, Bain Capital had invested very little. But that year proved a turning point, with major deals that put the firm on the map. The best known was Thomas Stemberg's office supply company, Staples Inc.

At the time, companies bought most of their pens, pencils, and paper from small stationers, usually at significant mark-ups. Stemberg, a former supermarket executive, wanted to change that, but couldn't find investors.

One venture capitalist scoffed at Stemberg, ''Why in the world would anyone try to save money on paper clips?''

But Stemberg found someone who would. Intrigued by the concept, and how it spoke to his inherent frugality, Romney called lawyers, accountants, and other professionals to gauge office supply spending, only to conclude Stemberg had overestimated the size of the market.

''Look,'' Stemberg told Romney, ''your mistake is that the guys you called think they know what they spend, but they don't.''

Romney and Bain Capital went back to the businesses and tallied up invoices. Stemberg's assessment of the market seemed right after all.

On May 1, 1986, backed by an initial Bain Capital investment of $650,000, the first Staples opened in Brighton. Explosive growth followed. Today, Staples is a $18 billion company.

ROMNEY HELPED OVER 150 COMPANIES INCLUDING STAPLES AND DOMINO'S.  LIKE ORRIN HATCH SAID HE SUPPORTS ROMNEY BECAUSE THE GUY IS A FINANCIAL GENIUS.

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED IN WASHINGTON.  SOMEONE WHO IS FRUGAL WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY AND UNDERSTANDS MARKET DYNAMICS.

The Way to $100,000 per capita

I think Americans have to let go of their industrial past and look to their economic future, which doesn't include a strong industrial base. In a global economy and free trade, we can't compete with developing countries on an industrial level because of cheap labor. So when politicians promise you that they will bring the jobs back that have left the country, they are lying to you. Those jobs are gone for good and I will tell you why it's a good thing for America.

America needs to worry about expanding it's purchasing power and leave behind economic growth especially on an industrial level. These developing countries like China are where we were 50 or 60 years ago. They are becoming strong industrial nations, but they need someone to sell the goods to that they produce. This is why they want to send their goods to America, it's because we have a 13.3 trillion dollar economy and they want a piece of our purchasing power. So America's in a position to let the developing countries of the world compete for our dollars. This means Americans have to stop whining and they have to switch their economic outlook. The jobs are gone, so retrain in a service related industry or start your own business and move into our new economic situation.

Here's the way to a $100,000 per capita rate:

1. We are currently at a $44,000 per capita rate and we can do much beter.

2. We need to cut big government in half. We need to put a cap on spending and how much money government can borrow outside of military spending.

3. We need to fully privatize social security. We can start with partial privatization and work are way to having a fully privatized system. This will mean each American has an ownership stake in the global economy and this also means the government can't spend your money.

4. We need to switch to a fair tax and say NO to direct taxation. This truly hurts the economy because the worker gets taxed on their paychecks and then their taxed again when they buy goods and services. The business owner is taxed on a portion of his profits that he pays himself and the rest of the money can be invested back into his business or new ventures tax free. This builds wealth and expands our economy as it should be in a capitalist structure. The worker has fallen for the liberal line and accepted direct taxation in order to pay for the Behemoth in Washington. With a fair tax their would be zero taxation on income and capital gains and you would see our per capita rate soar.

5. We need to make health insurance a requirement for all Americans just like auto insurance. This way you take the government out of the health care business. You take away government mandates and you allow consumers to purchase policies in any state of the union. This way someone who pays $300 a month in New Jersey can find a similar plan in Vermont for $175 and they can purchase the plan in Vermont. This will add competition an bring down health insurance premiums. This will also save you alot of money. The debate is not about health care it's about healh insurance. Hillary, Obama and Edwards want the government to act as a massive insurance agency and I think the private sector is better suited for this and we can let the free markets work. This will lower the amount of people that we have to subsidize.

6. We need to exploit certain markets like Green Technologies. I'm not a big global warming guy but the marketplace for these things could be enormous for us especially when developing nations began to follow are lead. The market needs to get control of these things and not the enviromental alarmist.

If we do these things, we will see our per capita rate grow to $100,000 and every American will be living high off the hog.

I use The Caymen Islands as an example as to how this will work. The Caymen Islands have a 0.9% rate of growth but they have a per capita rate of $43,800. This is incredible and the main reason why they can have such a strong economy, is ZERO DIRECT TAXATION. Listen to what the C.I.A. factbook says about their economy:

With no direct taxation, the islands are a thriving offshore financial center. More than 68,000 companies were registered in the Cayman Islands as of 2003, including almost 500 banks, 800 insurers, and 5,000 mutual funds. A stock exchange was opened in 1997. Tourism is also a mainstay, accounting for about 70% of GDP and 75% of foreign currency earnings. The tourist industry is aimed at the luxury market and caters mainly to visitors from North America. Total tourist arrivals exceeded 2.1 million in 2003, with about half from the US. About 90% of the islands' food and consumer goods must be imported. The Caymanians enjoy one of the highest outputs per capita and one of the highest standards of living in the world.

America has to turn the economic corner.

Huckabee is a FISCAL LIBERAL

Huckabee is a disater waiting to happen. The guys a social conservative but the buck stops there.

His fiscal policies are a disaster waiting to happen. Anyone who blames Wall Street and greedy capitalist for the woes of society doesn't understand how the free markets work.

Huckabee and Liberals think you can fix the economic imbalance with more government and regulation.

In a 13+ trillion economy, the reason why the worker is hurting and there's 2 americas John Edwards and Huckabee is because of BIG GOVERNMENT.

Anyone who knows anything about economics knows that big business is not the enemy of the worker. This is what democrats do, they need a villain so they can make people feel like victims and Huckabee does the same thing.

The fact is, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Larry Ellison and others are the lifeblood of the economy. Their success expands are economy and allows people to have more access to capital which in turn helps the Small Business Owner. Think of how many people are employed because of Rupert Murdoch. Yet many democrats want to make these folks the villains to hide the fact that BIG GOVERNMENT is the true culprit.

If a business makes 1 million dollars and the business owner pays himself 100,000 dollars he/she will be taxed on that 100,000 and have extra capital to build wealth with. The worker makes 100,000 dollars and he's paying the same tax rate as the business owner and he has no extra capital. It's set up this way so the business can reinvest in his business or the next You Tube which in turn will help expand the economy. If you tax it like Hillary wants to and most likely Huckabee then business owners will not invest and this will slow are economy.

The worker should want as little of his 100,000 dollars taken away. These big government liberals and populist like Huckabee do not understand how the free market works. The smaller the government the more money the worker keeps. The bigger the government the more money the worker pays.

I had someone say to me that they are paying to much in taxes, I then asked why are you a democrat? Huckabee and liberals don't realize that the bigger the government the smaller the take home pay, the smaller the government the bigger the paycheck for the worker.

If you try to overtax these entrepreneurs in the name of fixing an imbalance then you have fell into the trap of liberalism. Sadly, this is the Huckabee way.

Mitt Romney will win Iowa

The Huckabee surge is mostly main stream media hype.  Tucker Carlson said he was surprised that every liberal he knows in the media loves Huckabee.  The liberal of all liberals Chris Matthews said the liberal media has a love affair with Huckabee.  It's because Huckabee thinks as they do, that compassion is spending the tax payer money.  Tax Hike Mike loves a tax increase.

What some people fail to realize is that Huckabee has gained in Iowa but not at Romney's expense.  Huckabee has taken Senator Brownback's votes and he's taken from Thompson.  Romney has not lost support and he still ahead in two recent polls out of Iowa.

Also, Iowa caucus polls are tricky because they don't take into account demographics and turnout.  Romney leads in just about every demographic except Evangelicals.  Evangelicals will not be the only ones who show up to caucus.

Also, FOLLOW THE MONEY.

This lets you know that Huckabee doesn't have grassroots support.  If Huckabee was as popular as the media claims he is then he would at least be raising Ron Paul money.  Huckabee is all over the news yet his grassroots donation are not coming in because it's an illusion.  Romney will have the advantage in turnout because Huckabee doesn't have any organization.

This is good for Romney because the media has declared Huckabee the winner and front runner.  When Romney wins the media will be asking what happen to the polls as they always do.

Mental Slavery

This is my message to the democrats.  For too long blacks have been beholden to the democrat party and this is not wise. It means your base of power in the political structure is limited.  Sadly, the reason why this occurs is what I call MENTAL SLAVERY.

The democrats speak the language of victimization fluently and this appeals to many african americans because we have been victims.  Some call Bill Clinton the first black President because he "feels your pain."  The Clintons and the democrat party are very adept at playing the victim and conservatives bring the opposite message.  What the democrats do is send out their MISERY MERCHANTS like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson and they never have anything positive to say.  Jackson chants, "Keep hope alive" but his message is devoid of hope and full of despair.  With Jackson and Sharpton they act like everything that happens in peoples lives is somebody elses fault.  The real message should be, you are the cause of most of your problems and that's an empowering message because the flip side of that is you can also be the cause of your success.  This is the message of liberty and the power of the individual instead of misery and the message of despair.

I wish Sharpton, Jackson and others would think about the destructive message they are sending to that african american guy or girl that's struggling.  They are saying it's not your fault that you're in the position that you find yourself in, it's the governments fault.   This creates a feeling of entitlement.  Sometimes I have to turn the TV off when they come on the screen because I know they are gonna be negative about something.

Most blacks that I talk to are for things like school vouchers and privatization of social security until the democrats play the victim card and tells them this is just greedy republicans trying to take advantage of them.  In this instance I fault the african american community for buying what the democrats are selling.

The democrats have also created this notion if your black and conservative then you are an uncle Tom.  This is horrible and the democrats should be held responsible for this.  This is mental slavery at it's worse because many blacks feel they have to be democrats or they are betraying there race.

I was this way and I supported democrats without reason.  It was purely based on emotion and the fact that most people in my family were democrats.  I became a conservative in an hours time.  I happened to be flicking through the radio and I accidently switched to AM.  Rush Limbaugh was on and I decided to listen a little bit as a joke because like every democrat I thought Rush was Beelzebub.  I couldn't believe what happened, I agreed with just about everything he was saying.  I found myself listening to his show everyday and I would debate my liberal friends and dismantle there arguments.  Of course they would get mad and call me a sellout or uncle Tom but that is what the democrats have taught them to do when they are presented with facts.

I remember the first time I voted republican, everyone at my voting station looked at me like I had a disease and they don't realize that I've actually found the cure to LVS(Liberal Victims Syndrome).
